Obsessed

I bet you know the feeling when you hear a song you like and then just can't forget about it. You fall asleep while the song is on loop in your head, you whistle it (badly) in front of the mirror in the morning, even though it's 5.40 and you only slept for 5 hours.

You hear it in the background murmur of your head while you study and when you come home, you play it once again for real and remember that once you wanted to be a professional dancer. And wanted to do nothing more with your life than dance away the days. (How much people change - because they have to.)

I think I've still got it - the groove, the ability to feel and dance to the music or whatever else you choose to call it, - although I'm noticeably out of practice and out of breath.

The music I'm talking of is Lux Aeterna (written by Clint Mansell) from the film Requiem for a Dream.
